    • Interim Activity 1:

      Libraries continue to evaluate and assess discovery options; some may elect to later adopt a commercial system, or drop a commercial system for the open alternative

    • Interim Activity 2: PALNI supports open discovery systems to improve and meet needs that commercial vendors may provide
