Awards and Recognition
Hall of Fame
Inductees into the PALNI Hall of Fame have had longstanding service or broad investment in advancing PALNI as a whole or a major impact on a PALNI initiative over multiple years. The Hall of Fame award is given to those who have helped to create the collaborative environment, strategic direction, and success PALNI has achieved and embody the PALNI culture of respect and innovation. Established in 2017 and continually awarded, recipients must have been with PALNI a minimum of five years.
Eligibility: All PALNI staff and staff of PALNI libraries except PALNI directors. Once only.

Recognition of Outstanding Service
Recognizes the major advancement of projects during the annual year. If the person hadn’t participated there would be a hole in the project. Focus on recognizing people newer to PALNI collaboration. The Outstanding Achievement Award for Leadership in Deep Collaboration has been bestowed to select staff and directors who have led the way in working together more deliberately and effectively.
Eligibility: All PALNI staff and staff of PALNI libraries and PALNI directors, emphasis on ones who have not previously been awarded.
