The Executive Committee sits directly below the Board on the organization chart. This committee, comprised of board members, oversees the Executive Director, which exists in and presides over the second level of the chart.
The Executive Director sits directly below the Executive Committee on the organization chart. The Executive Director serves as Chief Operations Officer and acts on behalf of the PALNI organization under the policy direction and program plan of the Board while reporting to the Executive Committee. The Executive Director oversees four PALNI directors and one Operations Manager.
