What is All-Staff?

Whether you're new to the consortium or a PALNI veteran, part of a specific group or wear all types of hats, there is something for everyone at the PALNI All-Staff Meeting. It's a chance for PALNI-supported library staff to:

  • Reconnect or get to know each other for the first time
  • Work together in person
  • Connect with those who have roles similar to yours
  • Get updates from the consortium
  • Be celebrated for all that you do for your library and for PALNI

Things you should know

  • Reminder to register by July 17 by filling out this survey.
  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided by Nameless Catering. The planning committee will work with caterers to ensure we provide choices that meet the dietary needs of all who register. Breakfast includes pastries (regular and gluten-free), fruit, and granola bites. View the lunch menu here and email staff@palni.edu about any dietary concerns.
  • The planning committee is requesting success stories! Please consider sharing a group or individual accomplishment from your institution via this Padlet board.
  • Nominations for PALNI Awards are now open! Recipients will be honored at the All-Staff Meeting. View the Community post for more information, and submit your nominations by July 1.
  • If you have a name badge from your institution, please wear it to the meeting.
  • You are encouraged to dress casually and comfortably.
  • After the meeting, feel free to stick around and explore Conner Prairie. Free parking is available on-site. Note that some activities may require separate admission fees.
  • Carpooling with colleagues from your campus or nearby PALNI institutions is strongly encouraged — it's a great way to connect with one another before the meeting even begins. If you'd like to join a carpool group and need help coordinating, or if you are traveling from far away and have special accommodation needs, email staff@palni.edu.
  • Anyone traveling will be reimbursed for mileage. Be sure to submit the mileage reimbursement form after the meeting.
  • Please note that this is an in-person event; no virtual option will be offered. However, some sessions may be recorded and shared at a later date.
  • Have questions or feedback? Email us.
