Toolkit Tip of the Month

Graphic design of a colorful megaphone and like, share, alert buttons that reads Call to ActionUse a Clear Call to Action

A strong call to action (CTA) tells your audience what you want them to do. Whether it’s an email, flyer, or social media post, the content should guide readers toward a specific action—like exploring your collections, requesting information, or engaging with the library. Using more than one CTA can be even more effective. For example, include one at the beginning to hook your audience and another at the end to reinforce the message. Feel free to experiment with placement to see what works best.
